 n Preventing Sexual Harassment in the Workplace. This session is especiall
 y relevant in light of the Worker Protection (Amendment of Equality Act 20
 10) Act 2023\, which came into effect on 26 October 2024. The legislation 
 places a legal duty on employers to take reasonable steps to prevent sexua
 l harassment in the workplace. While this course was introduced in October
 \, we would like to highlight its continued relevance and encourage our me
 mbers to attend. Promoting a respectful\, inclusive work environment is a 
 shared responsibility\, and this session provides practical guidance to he
 lp achieve that.
