Clerk Jayne Simpson and Cllr Dexter Bullock, both of Blackwell Parish Council, were pictured with their DALC Excellence Awards - marking the first time a council has won two awards in the same year.

NALC's response to the Planning White Paper Nov 2020

NALC is urging government to ensure that any changes to the planning regime enshrine a strong role for the local council sector, including the need to strengthen neighbourhood planning and to put emphasis on building design.
