NALC have provided a legal briefing on the interpretation of the latest government legislation on the holding of remote meetings. They have also published guidance on how to go about holding a remote meeting. Both can be viewed from this message.

As you may know, the clerk salary scales reflect those of the public sector, negotiated nationally. As yet, there has been no agreement on the pay award for 2020-21.
